Model 8690 Touch Screen IP Phone
The visionary touch-screen multimedia endpoint
runs on Microsoft Windows CE.NET creating a framework
for integrating applications such as Inter-Tel’s
Unified Communicator software enabling you to manage
presence and availability status, monitor the status
of coworkers, speed-dial contacts, easily conference
associates and clients, and view call history and
messages using a stylus or your fingertip. Inter-Tel
Model 8690 includes full duplex speakerphone,
dedicated headset jack, external microphone and speaker
jacks, and three downlink ports for other network
devices such as a PC and network printer. Customizable
ring tones, font sizes and a variety of stylish “skins”
allow associates to tailor the Model 8690 to their
individual style.
Model 8602 SIP Endpoint
The Model 8602 is designed to run on a PC, allowing mobile and remote workers to connect to the phone system
without losing key features. As a full-featured extension, the Model 8602 can be employed as a user’s primary or
secondary phone. The Model 8602 mobilizes the experience of an IP desk phone and requires a minimal
learning curve for existing Inter-Tel endpoint users. Sophisticated firewall and NAT traversal allow users to
move effortlessly across networks. Centralized licensing means there is no hardware to track, making it ideal
for temporary and remote workers.
