Worried that you'll need your warranty for more than just the first year? Cal-Comm realizes that our telephone systems are built to help companies communicate for a long time. That's why we offer our 3 year silver and 5 year gold warranties with purchase of any new telephone system!

After your 1, 3, or 5 year warranty expires, don't worry. Cal-Comm offers Maintenance Insurance. Maintenance Insurance works exactly the same way as our incredible warranty, and may be purchased for the length of 1 to 5 years. Our warranties and maintenance insurance contracts also includes 30 minutes of free remote adds moves and changes per call!

Moves, Adds or Changes
Defective PC parts not provided by or installed by Cal-Comm
(1)The telephony server must be part of the telephone system and the equipment must be provided by Cal-Comm.
(2)To the extent that the problem is related to the system and does not require the dispatch of a technician or was sold to the customer as part of Cal-Comm's network services program, there are no charges. If a technician is dispatched and the problem is unrelated to the system, the customer will be invoiced and advised to obtain reimbursement from their dial tone or long distance provider.
(3)First 30 minutes of the session are free, any time there after will be charged at the normal remote programming charge.
(4)After the initial training at installation, up to 24 hours a year.
Emergency Services:
Offered 7 days per week/24 hours per day.
Technician response time is within 3 hours from the time the problem was reported unless remote maintenance cleared the service problem via telephone.
Routine Services:
Routine maintenance and service calls are offered on business days during our normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST
Technician response time is within 24 hours of the time the problem was reported unless remote maintenance cleared the service problem via the telephone.
Moves, Adds and Changes:
Moves, Adds and Changes are offered on business days during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Technician response time will be within 5 days. Emergency service can be provided on an as needed basis at the normal rates for those types of services.
